Allegations Of Violation Of The Code Of Ethics, Three Judges Of The West Jakarta District Court And The Supreme Court Were Reported To KY
JAKARTA Three judges from the West Jakarta District Court (PN) and 3 judges from the Supreme Court were reported to the Judicial Commission (KY) regarding the alleged violation of the code of ethics of foreign investment cases, Friday, March 3.
"Today we officially want to report allegations of code of ethics customers by judges at the West Jakarta District Court and Supreme Court Judges related to our client's criminal case, namely PT Mizho who made investments in Indonesia," said Executive Director of the Legal Mafia Eradication Commission (KPMH) Muannas Alaidid at KY Building, Central Jakarta, Friday, March 3.
According to Muannas, PT Mizuho, who invested in the Ducking Group, felt cheated by millions of dollars because of alleged falsified documents. In fact, he said, PT Mizuho had won in the Singapore state court.
"When we reported to the West Jakarta District Court and confirmed by the Supreme Court, the perpetrators were released," he said.
Furthermore, Muannas regretted it, even though President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) had guaranteed foreign investors who wanted to invest in Indonesia.
"Unfortunately, there is no synergy between the Executive and Judicial in charge of the judiciary, even though Pak Jokowi has guaranteed the security of foreign investment in Indonesia," said Muannas.
Muannas hopes that this will become the attention of the parties who have the authority in cases like this.
"Please pay attention and monitor cases like this, hoping that there will also be attention from the Coordinating Minister for Prof. Mahfud MD as in the Indosurya case," he said.
