There Are Two Heavy Articles For Mario Dandy Satrio, Mahfud MD: Police Must Be Professional And Can't Play Games

JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of Indonesia, Mahfud MD assessed that the police should be able to ensnare the suspect, Mario Dandy Satrio (20) with a heavier article, namely Articles 354 and 355 of the Criminal Code.

For information, it reads that 354 of the Criminal Code, namely anyone who intentionally injures another person, is threatened for committing severe abuse with a maximum imprisonment of 8 years. If the act results in death, the guilty one is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of 10 years,

While the contents of Article 355 of the Criminal Code l(1) of severe persecution carried out with prior plans, are threatened with a maximum imprisonment of twelve years. (2) If the act results in death, the guilty one is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of fifteen years.
