Charli XCX In Collaboration With The New Recording Label
JAKARTA - British singer and songwriter Charli XCX signed a contract with a new record label.
The pop artist whose real name is Charlotte Emma Aitchison said three years ago, Crash (2022) will be his fifth and final album released under Atlantic Records.
Charli XCX has been working with this label since she was 16 years old.
Some time ago, in an appearance in the UK Vogue 'In The Bag' series, Charli showed the camera his "new record contract" for "two albums".
"We're in business!" he added.
So far, further information regarding the singer's new contract has not been disclosed.
However, some fans say that he may have signed a contract with Indie label Dirty Hit, which is home to The 1975, Rina Sawayama and No Rome - all of whom have collaborated with Charli.
Previously to NME, Charli said he was not sure if he would become an independent artist after his contract with a big label expired.
