Finding Heavy Equipment To Open The Eyes Of The Mukomuko Water Conservation Forest Police Has Become A Productive Palm Plantation
BENGKULU - Joint officers suspect that there are illegal additional activities in the conservation forest area produced by Air Teramang in Rentak Mudik Village, Sungai Rumbai District, Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu.
This allegation emerged after the Bentang Sebelat Bengkulu Consortium Patrol Team (KBSB) together with the Sungai Rumbai Police found heavy equipment that made illegal additions at that point.
Based on an Antara report, Sungai Rumbai Police Chief Iptu Azhara said the discovery of heavy equipment was a follow-up to the KBSB Patrol Team report.
The report from the KBSB Patrol Team entered the police on Tuesday, February 21 at around 10.20 WIB.
The Sungai Rumbai Police then checked by deploying the Sungai Rumbai Police to the production forest area.
But apparently, heavy equipment has changed places and is hidden.
At around 10:40 WIB, personnel from the Sungai Rumbai Police together with the KBSB Patrol Team conducted a search and found heavy equipment without an operator at 11.00 WIB on an oil palm plantation located inside the Teramang HP Air area.
Then members of the Sungai Rumbai Police and the KBSB Consortium Team investigated who owns the heavy equipment of the CAT 320 GC brand excavator.
In this activity, officers found the fact that the Teramang Water production forest has mostly become a productive palm oil plantation. There, there are new oil palm plantations, forest land ready to grow oil palm, and forest land that has just been opened for plantations.
