Knock! Kuat Ma'ruf Proven Participation In Planning The Murder Of Brigadier J, Sentenced To 15 Years In Prison
JAKARTA - Defendant Kuat Ma'ruf was found guilty in the premeditated murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J. Thus, the panel of judges sentenced Ferdy Sambo's household assistant (ART) to 15 years in prison.
"Sentenced the defendant 15 years in prison," said Chief Judge Wahyu Iman Santoso during the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, February 14.
In his verdict, it is believed that the actions or actions of Kuat Ma'ruf in the series of premeditated murder cases violated Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
Then, the panel of judges also weighed several things behind the 15-year prison sentence against Kuat Ma'ruf.
