15 Workers Terrorized By KKB Apparently Will Build Health Centers In Nduga Papua
TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono said 15 workers who were terrorized by armed criminal groups (KKB) were known to be building a health center in Paro District, Nduga, Papua.
This was said by Yudo and at the same time dismissed the sandra action against the workers. He said the workers would be transported by plane and before departing the Susi Air plane was burned.
"15 people are building health centers, meaning that there (in fact) are people who live safely. Now, there are groups that disturb the security of the community, Yudo after the TNI-Polri Rapim at the Sultan Hotel, Jakarta, Wednesday, February 8.
For this reason, Paro District, which was previously deemed safe, will have its security strengthened to ensure that community activities there are not disturbed by the KKB.
"KKB is a small group in an area that disturbs safe communities there (Paro). Later we will patch security there," added Yudo.
Meanwhile, Papuan Police Chief Inspector General Mathius D Fakhiri said the dozens of workers were rescued by a priest. They were taken to a safe place and could not be detected by the KKB.
"The 15 community members have been secured by the priest, we are very grateful to the pastor, because there was an incident, the workers were immediately taken out, for fear of workers being victims," said Fakhiri.
As for the Susi Air pilot, Captain Philips M, until now his whereabouts are still being sought. Because, based on the GPS he brought, the coordinates have shifted.
"Yesterday we saw that there was a rush from Paro village about 100 meters into," said Fakhiri.
