Bastian Steel As An Office Boy Of Elite School In 96 Jam Series

JAKARTA - Bastian Steel will return to acting this year through a series titled "96 Jam". Directed by Sonu Samtani, this series also features other actors such as Maudy Effrosina, Irzan Faiq, Bizael Tanasale, and Ratu Felisha.

Set in an elite school, 96 Jam tells the story of a group of criminals locking up several students. Bastian will play a role he has never played before, a school office boy (OB).

“I'm here as Emir. One of the characters that doesn't really belong to an elite school, because I'm one of the office boys from this elite school," said the man who is familiarly called Babas to the media crew at Hotel Indonesia, Jakarta, Wednesday, January 25.

Not wanting to divulge many things in his latest series, Bastian explained that the character he is playing will be very interesting to follow. He also tried hard to maximize his acting as Emir.

"It's interesting (the character) is fun. Actually, this is a very difficult character for me to play, that's why you have to watch it, I can't tell much, it's really fun to watch. I will be one good and exciting OB," he said.

The man who is known through the group Coboy Junior said that 96 Jam was different from other series. For him, the story that is shown has a new impression that is interesting to look forward to.

According to him, the idea presented by the production team was something extraordinary. With a variety of different surprises in each episode, the audience will be brought to answer the puzzles and tension that are presented.

"How is the story that these elite school children can be held captive by criminals and what happens next, whether they escape and are able to survive, you have to watch," said Bastian.

96 Jam the series tells about the fate of 6 children from an elite school who are kidnapped and held hostage by a group of criminals. The kidnapping, which was originally motivated to get money, turns messy and endangers everyone.

When lives are at stake, they are forced to devise a plan by risking all the possibilities that could happen.

96 Jam series is one of dozens of Vidio Original Series which will premiere in 2023. This thriller genre series will present 8 episodes.
