Police-Corrupted Clothing Traders For Disadvantaged Sales Of Methamphetamine
JAKARTA - A clothing trader with the initials DA (40) is desperate to change his job to a shabu seller. DA switched jobs because the business of selling clothes type clothes in Kibin District, Serang Regency, was always empty of buyers because it was always raining.

The suspect DA was arrested by the Serang Police Narcotics Unit when he got off the angkot after taking crystal methamphetamine shopping in Ciagel Village, Tambak Village, Kibin District.
Serang Police Chief Grand Commissioner Adjutant Yudha Satria explained that the arrests were made after members received information that there was a clothing trader who was trying to distribute drugs.
"Armed from this information, the Narcotics Satres Team immediately moved to investigate the locations mentioned by the community," said AKBP Yudha, Sunday, January 29.
During the search, officers found 4 packages suspected of being methamphetamine in the suspect's pocket.
"Together with the evidence, the suspect was then taken to the Serang Police Headquarters for examination," he said.
From the results of the examination, the suspect DA admitted that the business of distributing methamphetamine had been carried out for 1 month on the grounds of meeting daily needs.
"Because the income from selling clothes decreased because there were few buyers due to the rain," he said.
From the results of the investigation, the suspect bought methamphetamine from a dealer with the initials WA in the Cengkareng area, West Jakarta. The 4 packages of crystal methamphetamine weighing 3.9 grams were purchased for IDR 4.8 million.
"The suspect did not know the seller's figure because he only took it to a predetermined location, after transferring Rp4.8 million in cash," he said.
