Sandiaga Uno Did Not Appear During The Inauguration Of The Gerindra Presidential Winning Body Office, Prabowo: Take Your Own Conclusion
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Gerindra Party Board of Trustees Sandiaga Uno did not see his nose as Gerindra Party chairman Prabowo Subianto inaugurated the Election Winning Body (Bappilu) and the Presidential Winning Body today, Saturday, January 7.
From VOI's observation, the inauguration of the office in the Slipi area, West Jakarta was attended by party officials. They include the Secretary General of the Gerindra Party Ahmad Muzani, the Daily Chair of the Gerindra Party DPP Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Deputy Chairman of the Gerindra Board of Trustees Hasyim Djojohadikusumo, Deputy Chairperson of the Gerindra Party Budisatrio Djiwandono.
Regarding Sandiaga's absence, Prabowo did not want much comment. He only invited the public to draw conclusions.
"You take your own conclusions. We think well," Prabowo said after the inauguration ceremony.
Sandiaga Uno recently reportedly moved to another party, namely the United Development Party (PPP). In fact, he was attacked by the Daily Chair of Gerindra Sufmi Dasco Ahmad because he was more often present at other party events.
"Indeed, he was more present at other party events to socialize presidential candidates," said Dasco at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, January 3.
Dasco said the Gerindra Party did not close the space for its cadres who want to run in the 2024 presidential election. However, it is necessary to emphasize that according to the rules and mechanisms of the party, General Chair Prabowo Subianto has determined as the only presidential candidate in 2024 from Gerindra.
Meanwhile, Sandiaga confirmed that he was still a cadre of the Gerindra Party. He said Dasco's statement was only because he saw that he was often called by other parties.
"Pak Dasco's statement may be in response to several times I was invited by PPP. Incidentally, we are also very close to partnering, but until now I am still a member of Gerindra, a cadre," said Sandiaga at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday, January 2.
