Cases Of Penculikan Anak Di Sawah Besar Perlu Penanganan Khusus, Polisi Tunggu Hasil Visum Untuk Penetapan Pasal Juncto

Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin explained that the handling of the kidnapping case against the victim with the initials MA (6) requires special handling. So that the Police can easily dig up the real information from what happened to the victim.

"Because they are still young, maybe they have to have a special trick so that we can correct it from there (search and find). Don't let anything still remain," said Kombes Komarudin to reporters at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, Tuesday, January 3.

Central Jakarta Metro Police investigators have ensnared the perpetrator of the kidnapping named Iwan Sumarno alias feasibility alias Herman alias Yudi with the threat of Article 330 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of 9 years.

"While the threat of Article 330 paragraph 2, it is also possible whether it is economic exploitation or others, now this has not been revealed, therefore it will take time. While waiting for the results of the post-mortem, the elements of Article 330 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code have been fulfilled," he said.

Although Iwan has already applied the article, the police have not named the perpetrator as a suspect in the kidnapping.

"Until now, we are still at the Polres 1x24 hours, we still have 6 hours for examination. It means that if the results of the medical team can be faster, we will immediately determine the application of articles, juncto or other articles, if later the results have not been released, we will snare them first with Article 330 of the Criminal Code," he explained.

Even so, Kombes Komarudin explained, it is possible that the perpetrators will be charged with multiple articles.

"There is a possibility that the application of articles will increase. Against suspected recidivist perpetrators and having a previous history of crime, it will certainly be the investigator's capital to uncover the modus operandi of the perpetrators of escaping minors," he concluded.
