Three Investors Ready To Build Housing Areas In IKN, One Of Them Summarecon Milik Konglomerat Soetjipto Nagaria

JAKARTA - Head of the Nusantara IKN Authority (OIKN) Bambang Susantono said there are already three investors who are ready to build residential areas, including housing for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in IKN Nusantara. The investors come from within the country and are foreign.

"Of the 59 letter of intent (LOI) we have processed three of them and this will be announced," Bambang said when met, quoted by Antara from the Jakarta Presidential Palace area, Tuesday, January 3.

Bambang explained that the three investors consisted of two local and one foreign companies, namely PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, owned by conglomerate Soetjipto Nagaria, local consortium CCFG Corp - PT Risjadson Brunsfield Nusantara (CCFG-RBN) and Korea Land and Housing Corporation (KLHC).

The three companies have obtained a Project Prekarsa Permit (SIPP) or letter to proceed (LTP) from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR).

The number of investors will also increase, he said, considering that currently there are 59 business actors who have applied for LOI to invest in IKN.

The development partnership at IKN Nusantara uses the KPBU scheme or public private partnership.

According to Bambang, housing is included in the priority scale in the development stage at IKN Nusantara, followed by the provision of drinking water, electrical installations, telecommunications, waste treatment and transportation.

"Next is high priority, there are schools, hospitals, lifestyle facilities, sports, then parks. Malls for workers are looking for entertainment leisure," said Bambang.

So far, he continued, the IKN Nusantara project has attracted an investment value of IDR 41 trillion.
