Plans To Control Mess Papua Tomorrow, The Central Jakarta Police Have Not Received A Security Request Letter
Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin stated that his party had not received a letter regarding the control and emptying of Mess Cenderawasih 1 or Mess Papua.
"I haven't received a letter about it yet," said Kombes Komarudin when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, December 26, evening.
In addition, regarding the pattern of security, the Central Jakarta Metro Police also has not received a letter requesting security.
"Until now, I have no letter requesting security, because that is the domain of the Papua Regional Government. Because at the beginning we received information that the Papuan Regional Government would bring order," he explained.
Kombes Komarudin explained that the Papuan Regional Government should coordinate with the DKI Provincial Government.
"The stage should be like that. Security (Wednesday, December 28) doesn't exist yet, there is no coordination meeting yet," he said.
Previously, it was reported that there was a notification letter for the emptying and dismantling of Mess Cenderawasih 1 or Mess Papua on Jalan K. H Mas Mansyur Number 63 of Kebon Melati Village, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta from the Papua Provincial Government. The emptying is planned to be carried out on Wednesday, December 28, tomorrow.
The emptying plan is known from the official letter of the Papua Provincial Government dated December 15, 2022. The letter with the Papuan governmenthead with number 013/15277/SET was addressed to the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province.
"Notification of emptying and dismantling Mess Cendrawasih 1," reads the column regarding the letter.
In his explanation, the Papua Provincial Government explained that the control and emptying were carried out based on the mandate of Permendagri number 47 of 2021 concerning procedures for the implementation of bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting of regional property.
"The Papuan provincial government will control the Mess Cenderawasih 1 asset which belongs to the Papua Provincial Government," the letter said.
