Sony Will Share More Details About PlayStation VR2 On January 4, 2023

JAKARTA - The Sony PlayStation VR2 is certain to be present at CES 2023, the most influential technology event in the world and a place of proof for breakthrough technology and global innovators.

The company has also scheduled live streaming for the Global Press Conference at the event on January 4, 2023 at 17.00 PST or 08.00 WIB on January 5, 2023.

CES 2023 itself will last for four days, namely on January 5-8 2023. CES features companies including manufacturers, developers, and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content, technology delivery systems, and more, including Sony.

However, Sony has not clearly shared what will be shown during the conference. However, this means that the VR2 headset will be coming soon.

The existence of this conference also marks the presence of a headset that is rumored to appear on February 22, 2023 for US $ 549.99 or equivalent to Rp. 8.56 million.

At its launch, the PlayStation VR2 will include a 4K OLED panel, with each screen having a 2000x2040 resolution. In addition to the motion tracking camera attached to the headset, eye tracking allows dynamical foveated rendering.

There's also a new Sense controller, which will provide haptic feedback and finger detection.
