The West Java Police Chief Calls The Perpetrators Of The Suicide Bombing At The Astanaanyar Police Bring 2 Explosives
West Java Police Chief Inspector General Suntana said the suicide bomber at the Astanaanyar Police, Bandung City was suspected of carrying two bomb units to the location.According to him, one bomb that exploded was allegedly attached to the perpetrator's body, while another bomb was found around the location in a condition that had not exploded."Earlier there was one that was detonated by the perpetrator, and there was one that we exploded," said Suntana during a press conference at the Astanaanyar Police Headquarters, Antara, Wednesday, December 7.According to him, one bomb that was found was then disposal' by members of Gegana Brimob by detonating it in a safe place. The disposal process occurred at around 10.45 WIB. The disposal process caused a loud bang to be heard around the location.Suntana said the projectiles from the bomb explosion were suspected to be made of wall nails to umbrella nails. According to him, the police are still identifying the explosives used by the suicide bombers.From that incident, Suntana stated that 11 victims were caused by the suicide bombing. Of the 11 people, according to him, one police officer died from a bomb, while 10 others were injured.Suntana said the police would conduct a crime scene (TKP) after the sterilization of the location was completed. For this reason, he also asked the public to wait for the police to reveal the incident and the identity of the suicide bomber.
