JAMBI - The Batang Hari District Attorney's Office (Kejari) has examined the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) as a suspect in the alleged corruption (Tipikor) of the Domestic Waste Disposal Channel (SPAL-D) totaling Rp1.5 billion. The suspect was immediately arrested."We already have permanent legal force, in this case PPK with the initials LV, must be held accountable for its actions in using the budget in 2019,” said Kajari Batang Hari Sugih Cervalo in Jambi, Antara, Friday, December 2.His party has also issued an Investigation Commencement Order (SPDP) regarding the alleged LV corruption case. By collecting it, of course, it will make it easier for the investigative team to complete the case file. And besides that, the Batang Hari Kejari has also received strong evidence related to the corruption case.LV is subject to the primary article Article 2 ayaai 1 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption and as amended by UI No. 20 of 2021 in conjunction with article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code subsidiary article 3 in conjunction with article 18 number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption as amended by Law No. 20 of 2021 paragraph 1 in conjunction with article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code with a maximum legal threat of 20 years in prison.To note, the suspect has also won in a pretrial which was held several months ago. The Batang Hari Kejari has also carried out according to the pretrial instructions.
