If There Are Prosecutors Who Ask For Money, Just Report It Immediately, AGO: We Will Definitely Respond
The Attorney General's Office has opened a reporting room for the public regarding the information "jaksa asking for money" as allegedly happened in the management of funds from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of the Praya Hospital.
"If there is information (the prosecutor asks for money), we will pay attention. So, please report it, we will definitely respond," said Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) AGO I Ketut Sumadana in Mataram, Tuesday, November 29, quoted from Antara.
Information "the prosecutor asked for money" in the management of BLUD Praya funds was revealed from the statement of the former Director of the Praya Hospital with the initials ML, who is now a corruption suspect.
The suspect in the management of BLUD funds at the Praya Hospital for the 2017-2020 period admitted that he had held evidence of the flow of money from the BLUD funds to the Central Lombok Kejari in the form of receipts and submission notes.
The suspect ML revealed that an employee from the Adhyaksa Corps asked for money to argue that he would help the excitement of the Adhyaksa Anniversary during the celebration in 2022.
In addition to the Adhyaksa Corps, the suspect ML also mentioned that there were BLUD corruption funds flowing into the pockets of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Central Lombok, a number of regional apparatus organizations (OPD), and other law enforcement officers.
The suspect ML conveyed this when he was about to undergo detention by the Central Lombok Kejari along with two other suspects on August 24, 2022.
Regarding the confession of the suspect ML, Kajari NTB Sungarpin immediately asked the Assistant for Supervision (Aswas) to investigate. The results of his clarification, including the internal prosecutor's office who allegedly enjoyed BLUD funds at the Praya Hospital, have been reported to the Attorney General's Office.
Sungarpin emphasized that the results of this clarification were reported by the supervision team to the AGO in accordance with the standard operating standards for handling the prosecutor's case.
However, what was the result of the clarification, Sungarpin chose not to convey it to the public for technical reasons for handling it. He only confirmed that the report on the search results of the supervision team had already been submitted to the AGO.
However, Sumedana conveyed a different condition. He said, the AGO had not yet received the report on the search results.
"So far there has been no (report of the results of the NTB Prosecutor's Supervisory Team)," he said.
The Deputy Attorney General for Supervision (JAMWas) at the Attorney General's Office, Ali Mukartono, also conveyed the same thing when he made a working visit to NTB on October 19, 2022.
Ali Mukartono in an official statement in Mataram, confirmed that his party did not receive a report from the NTB Prosecutor's Office regarding the search results.
"There was no report to me, nothing. Maybe it was Mr. Kajati NTB who knew better," said Ali Mukartono.
In the case of alleged corruption in the management of BLUD funds for the 2017-2020 period, ML was named a suspect along with the commitment-making official (PPK) of the Praya Hospital for the 2016-2022 period, with the initials AS, and the Treasurer of the Praya Hospital for the 2017-2022 period, with the initials BPA.

Article 12 letter e of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
