JAKARTA - Hundreds of joint officers were deployed in securing the execution of a resident's house in Gang Langgar RT 10/01, Gunung Sahari Village, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. Head of RT 10, Hanna Hamdani said the officers suddenly came to the house and kicked the fence and broke the door until it broke.
"Yes, so today people's houses were executed and destroyed, it's proof that all items were destroyed," said Hanna.
Hanna admitted that at that time the door to her house was locked. So, the execution officers immediately stormed in. Unfortunately, Hanna said, she was only given the emptying time for about an hour.
"Yes, I did lock it, then they forced their way in, I don't know what they were opening and what they were using, suddenly everything was gone," he said.
Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin said his party had deployed 3 Company Level Units (SSK) consisting of the National Police, TNI and Satpol PP.
Komarudin also said that the police only secured the execution of residents' houses carried out by the Central Jakarta District Court.
"The task of the police, including the TNI, is to be on standby to secure the absence of friction, including us securing the execution. Not executing it because we have no authority to enforce it," he said when contacted by reporters, Tuesday, November 29.
Meanwhile, the spokesman for the Central Jakarta District Court, Musthafa Fahmi, said that his party carried out this execution on the basis of determining the decision that had been made by Inkracht. Whether there is resistance or legal action, the execution will continue.
"Today we carry out the execution, we are not included in the case anymore because the decision is already inkracht and we must carry out this decision," he said.
