After Keeping Opportunities To Face Anthony Joshua By Beating Jermaine Franklin, Dillian Whyte: I'm Kangen Anak
JAKARTA - The British boxer, Dillian Whyte, secured the opportunity to meet Anthony Joshua in 2023, after defeating Jermaine Franklin, Sunday, November 27.
Whyte and Franklin fight at Wembley Arena. The two fought each other until the 12th round. Two judges gave 116-112 for Whyte, while the other gave 115-115.
"I expect a difficult fight," Whyte said after the fight, as reported by The Sun.
"He's unbeaten. He has a lot of problems and he came here to give us a good fight."
Franklin actually gave a slick appearance at the start of the fight. Several times he threw a crushing blow at Whyte.
In the middle, Whyte began to press Franklin. Whyte was frustrated, but the 34-year-old fighter managed to keep the rhythm and kept giving Franklin a blow after a blow.
Both fighters took all the power out in the last round. Whyte and Franklin exchanged punches until the 12th round ended.
Furthermore, Whyte does not know who will fight. However, there is a great opportunity Whyte will meet Anthony Joshua in 2023.
