It Turned Out That It Was Because Of A Hat, The Son Of The North Kalimantan Police At The Bimbel Akpol Participants At PTIK

JAKARTA - South Jakarta Metro Police are still investigating the alleged beating of the son of a high-ranking North Kalimantan Police (Kaltara), RC (20) against his friend with the initials MFB (16) during the Police Academy (Akpol) entrance course.

The Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, started when the two of them joked with each other. However, at that time, there was a moment when the victim was accused by the perpetrator of taking his hat until the beating finally occurred.

The trigger was that they joked, then the hat worn was still in the victim. So that's all the trigger, so it's not too problematic. It's just a child, being a child. Maybe yes, the emotions are not stable," said Nurma to reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday, November 18.

Regarding the beating was carried out in front of his coach, the police are still investigating the testimony of witnesses. He said that currently his party had five witnesses being examined.

"It is still being investigated (about it done in front of the coach). We have examined the witnesses, then we will collect all of them later. There have been 5 people, victim witnesses, victim's mother, coach, assistant coach, another victim's brother," he concluded

Previously, it was reported that a son of a high-ranking National Police in North Kalimantan (Kaltara) with the initials RC (20) was reported to the South Jakarta Metro Police. This happened because the perpetrator allegedly beat his friend with the initials MFB (16) when he entered the Police Academy (Akpol).

The victim's mother, Yusnawati, said the incident occurred at the Police Science College (PTIK), Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta Saturday, November 12.

The report has been registered with the number LP/3596/XI/2022/RJS, Saturday 12 November 2022. In addition, his party has also submitted evidence of the results of the post-mortem to the victim.

The incident began when his son came home from physical training. At that time his son returned home with a battered face.

"I was hysterical to see his face was battered. I asked him, he said he was hit because of a misunderstanding. He (the perpetrator) took his hat. Even though the hat was worn by all his friends or friends at the camp (Cinere)," said Yusna when confirmed on Wednesday, November 16.

"I said you were the only one who was hit. He just said 'don't know'," he continued. Yusna said that her son suffered several injuries to his face, head and solar plexus. Because he had been beaten and kicked by the perpetrator.

Furthermore, Yusna revealed that her son was traumatized, even she (his son) did not want the problem to be prosecuted. Because of fear, the perpetrator is a high-ranking police officer.

If the wound on the face has dried up, his head is also beaten. So he felt aches and dizzy. You ask, being hit or kicked is part of his heart. He is also always afraid because he is threatened with being killed," he said.

"So when I made the report he didn't want to, he said no. I will still lose," he continued.
