PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) made a policy change by extending its operational time until 24.00 WIB which took effect from today Tuesday, November 15. Head of the Corporate Secretariat Division of PT MRT Jakarta Rendi Alhilal said the adjustment of the operating schedule was a follow-up to the instructions of the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service.

"In this regard, the MRT Jakarta operational time policy is adjusted," Rendi said as quoted by Antara.

The Instruction of the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency Number 486 of 2022 concerning Technical Guidelines for Regulatory of Transport Capacity and Operational Time of Transportation Facilities During the Implementation of Level 1 Restrictions on Community Activities.

MRT operational adjustments:

In connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) always urges service users to be obliged to follow the applicable rules while in the station and train area, especially regarding the implementation of health protocols to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. "Like wearing a mask, and always maintaining hand hygiene by washing using soap," he said.

Service users are also asked to scan the QR code through the PeduliLindung application before entering the station area and not talking either one or two directions while on the train.
