Nikita Mirzani Jalani Session Next Week, November 14 At The Serang District Court

SERANG - The Serang District Court (PN) will hold the first trial of the alleged defamation case with the defendant Nikita Mirzani, on Monday, November 14.

"The trial (Nikita Mirzani) Monday, November 14, 2022," said Public Relations of the Serang District Court, Uli Purnama when confirmed, Wednesday, November 9.

Ali said that the trial schedule was set because Nikita Mirzani's case file had been submitted to the Serang District Court since Monday, November 7.

Regarding Nikita Mirzani's first trial plan, the Serang District Court immediately appointed a number of judges to handle the case.

"Currently, we are still waiting for the appointment of the panel of judges," he concluded.

Previously it was reported, the Serang District Attorney (Kejari) said that Nikita Mirzani's trial would soon be determined because the case file was complete.

Head of Intelligence Section of the Serang District Attorney's Office, Rezkini Jusar, said that the Nikita Mirzani case file was transferred to the Serang District Court (PN).

"It has been handed over to Serang for trial," Jusar said via text message to VOI, Tuesday, November 8.
