Starting Tomorrow, Holding A Trial For Brigadier J's Murder Case Will Continue At The South Jakarta District Court

JAKARTA - The trial process for the premeditated murder case Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J and obstruction of justice (perintangan penyidikan) will continue next week.

Based on data from the South Jakarta District Court, on Monday, November 7, there will be witness examinations for three defendants, namely Bharada Richard totaling, Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf.

"Monday 7 November 2022, Bharada Richard totaling, Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf (agenta-ed) witness examination," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court (PN) in a written statement, Sunday 6 November.

Then on Tuesday 8 November, the trial with the agenda of examining witnesses for the defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Chandrawati. Meanwhile, Arif Rachman Arifin read out the interim decision.

Then, the defendants Irfan Widyanto, Agus Nurpatra and Hendra Kurniawan will undergo a follow-up trial with the agenda of examining witnesses. Then it was Chuck Putranto and Baiquni Wibowo reading the interim decision.
