In Order To Get Pregnant Quickly, The Expert Calls The Ideal Time Range Intimately With Couples
JAKARTA - There are many people wondering if there is an ideal period of time for having sex, but based on some research, there is no ideal definite time.
"The ideal time varies for each partner," said Putri Deva Karimah's obstetrics Specialist and Content Doctor from Pondok Indah Hospital to ANTARA.
He said there was indeed research that said the ideal intimate relationship was 3-4 times per week, but there was no need to make it a benchmark.
"Don't make intimate relationships an obligation, have sex with relaxation and without pressure," he said.
But couples are advised to regularly ride over, because sex is not only building intimacy between partners but also improving the mood and body immunity.
However, the matter of the schedule for sex must be considered for couples who plan to have children. An intimate relationship must be done with full planning.
"Don't have sex too often or every day, because it takes good quality and number of sperm when your partner is in a fertile period," he explained.
When planning a pregnancy, you and your partner can have sex two to three times a week. Don't forget to consult a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology to check the condition of the uterus and both eggs or ovaries as well as the condition of the husband's reproductive system.
Other factors also affect planning pregnancy, including eating foods that can optimize sperm and eggs. Foods that have high saturated fat should be avoided, as well as foods containing simple carbohydrates such as flour, too much sugar, foods containing sweeteners, caffeine and alcoholic beverages.
