Trial Examination Of Witness In Brigadier J's Case Today, Bharada E Faced With Other Ferdy Sambo's Former Adjutant
JAKARTA - The trial of the alleged premeditated murder of Brigadier J with the defendant Richard Eliezer alias Bharada E will be held again today.
At the trial later, 12 witnesses will be presented, some of whom are former assistants and assistants of Ferdy Sambo.

Thus, he and the other defendants were charged with Article 338 subsidiary 340 in conjunction with 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
