JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the Deputy Regent of Central Mamberamo, Yonas Kanelak. He was asked for information regarding the limits held by Ricky Ham Pagawak as Regent of Central Mamberamo in dealing with a number of projects."Witnesses were present and the investigative team conducted an in-depth examination material, among others, which is still related to the limitation of authority of the RHP suspect to participate in the work on several projects at the Central Mamberamo Regency Government," Acting KPK Spokesperson Ipi Maryati told reporters, Tuesday, October 25.Ipi did not specify what projects Ricky was taking care of. However, Yonas' statement is believed to have made clear the allegations of bribery and gratification being investigated by investigators.As previously reported, the KPK examined Yonas on Wednesday, August 3. There were a number of things that investigators investigated at that time, including Ricky's efforts to condition the project winner at Central Mamberamo.The KPK has named Ricky Ham Pagawak as a suspect in this bribery case. He was named along with three other people, namely the President Director of PT Bina Karya Raya, Simon Pampang; Director of PT Bumi Abadi Perkasa (BAP), Jusiendra Pribadi Pampang; and Marten.Currently, Ricky Ham Pagawak is still not in custody. He is still running to Papua New Guinea and the search continues.The KPK suspects that Ricky received money from contractors who want to get projects in Central Mamberamo. One of them, from Marten, is suspected of giving IDR 300 million to billions of rupiah.
