Get PMN IDR 28.9 Trillion, Hutama Karya Will Build Trans Sumatra Toll Road
JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) received a state capital participation (PMN) in 2023 of IDR 28.9 trillion.
This capital injection will be used by Hutama Karya to carry out the task of constructing the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS).
President Director of Hutama Karya, Budi Harto explained, PMN Hutama Karya in 2023 amounted to IDR 28.9 trillion which had been previously approved in the 2022 State Budget Act.
"We will use the PMN to complete the construction of the first phase of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) for 8 priority sections and the start of phase II", he said at the Ministry of SOEs, quoted Friday, September 30.
The toll roads in question are the Binjai-Langsa toll road section (Binjai-Pangkalan Brandan Section), the Indralaya-Muara Enim Sp toll road section (Indralaya-Prabumulih Sp Section), and the Kisaran-Indrapura toll road section, the Kuala Tanjung-Parapat toll road section (Kuala Tanjung-Pematang Siantar Section).
Then, the Lubuk Linggau-Curup-Bengkulu toll road section (Taba Penanjung-Bengkulu Section), the Sigli-Banda Aceh toll road section, the Pekanbaru-Padang toll road section (Padang-Sicincin Section), the Pekanbaru-Padang toll road section (Pekanbaru-Pangkalan Section).
"And the construction of Part 2 of the JTTS phase 2 will begin, namely the Betung-Tempino-Jambi toll road and the Pekanbaru-Bypass Junction toll road", explained Budi.

Previously, the Staff of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Arya Sinulingga ensured that the PMN given to PT Hutama Karya (Persero) would be used to build infrastructure, and toll roads.
He guaranteed that PMN would not be used to pay the debt of the state-owned company.
"Nothing. PMN is HK to build toll roads. Obviously, his assignment was not to pay his debts. And clearly PMN he was ordered to build roads from here to this section, it's clear", said Arya to reporters, quoted Friday, September 23.
