The series of sanctions were given because he was declared to have violated Article 5 paragraph 1 letter c and Article 6 paragraph 2 letter b of the Indonesian National Police Regulation number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.

However, it was not conveyed as a form of unprofessionality in the Brigadier J case. It is only stated that Ferdy Sambo's former subordinate did not object to the decision.

"Based on this decision, the violator declared no appeal," said Ramadhan.
