Mrs. Iriana And The Wives Of The Ministers See The COVID-19 Vaccination Of West Manggarai: Hope Everyone Is Healthy
JAKARTA - First Lady Iriana together with a number of members of the Solidarity Action Organization for the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet Era (OASE KIM) saw the COVID-19 vaccination activity at the West Manggarai Regent's Office on the sidelines of a working visit to East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
Iriana expressed her hope that the health of the entire community will be maintained in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic situation which has gradually subsided.
"Hopefully everyone will be healthy for this pandemic period. This is the time when we can carry out activities and all of them have received safe vaccines, Indonesia is healthy," said Iriana, quoted from a statement from the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat received in Jakarta, Wednesday, September 28, as reported by Antara.
The review of the COVID-19 vaccination was a continuation of the First Lady's activities with OASE KIM members in West Manggarai. Previously they also had a chance to meet a number of local kindergarten students (TK).
"I departed from Jakarta with OASE KIM mothers, held it like the first one the children washed their hands, then shared with the children, and then saw the vaccine for the people here," said Iriana.
On the same occasion, Deputy Chairperson of Article 2 OASE KIM Ida Rachmawati Budi Gunadi explained that his party distributed 500 doses of booster vaccine to people in West Manggarai.
Overall, OASE KIM targets the distribution of 5,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
"So today there are 500 boosters, tomorrow there are 500, a total of 5 thousand boosters that we will distribute," said Ida Rachmawati.
According to data from the official website of the Ministry of Health as of September 28, 2022, at 12.59 WIB, as many as 86 per 100 population targeted for vaccination had received one dose.
Overall, the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine has reached 203,535,449 doses or 87.16 percent of the vaccination target.
The second dose of injection reached 171,140,621 doses or 72.93 percent of the target.
While the third dose of COVID-19 vaccination has reached 63,396,824 or approximately 27.02 percent of the target.
