Heavy Drink Sellers In Central Bengkulu Arrested, 216 Bottled Police
BENGKULU - The Talang Empat Polres Bengkulu Tengah confiscated 17 boxes containing about 216 bottles of liquor from a pick-up car carrying basic commodities.
The Head of the Talang Empat Police, Central Bengkulu Police, AKP Budimansyah, said the perpetrator with the initials LA, a resident of Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency, had been arrested.
"We received information that there were vehicles carrying large amounts of marijuana stalls and alcoholic beverages," Budimansyah said when confirmed, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, September 21.
The police then searched the car in question and found a large amount of alcohol ready to be sold in Pagar Jati District. For the confiscated liquor, namely the type of blue newport as many as three boxes or 36 bottles, the liquor brand of red newport as much as one box or 12 bottles.
