So far, Iptu Januar Arifin is suspected of violating Article 5 paragraph 1 letter c, Article 6 paragraph 2 letter b, Article 10 paragraph 1 letter f of the National Police Regulation (Perpol) of the Republic of Indonesia number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.
So far, 12 members of the National Police have been tried in an integral manner. Whether it is included in the category of obstruction of justice or not.
