Unplaced By Machines, Teachers Must Build Team Cooperation To Make Quality Improve
JAKARTA - The Indonesian CSR Forum was asked by the Indonesian Teachers Association (IGI) to provide training to hundreds of teachers from all over Indonesia at the Global Educational Supplys and Solutions or GESS Asia at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Friday, September 16.
On that occasion, the Chairman of the CSR Indonesia Forum, Dr. Ir. Ing. Mahir Bayasut ST, MM was present as a resource person in the medium and advanced Organizational Management Training (PMO) held by the Indonesian Teachers Association (IGI).
With the material Building Team Cooperation, the Chairman of the Indonesian CSR Forum emphasized and motivated teachers that the importance of collaboration by all parties is to face various challenges in the future.
"We must be able to read the challenges and developments in the next 5-10 years, so that our students will know what their plans and dreams will be in the future," said Chairman of the Indonesian CSR Forum, Dr. Ir. Furthermore, especially in the 5.0 era, in the future, many jobs have been replaced by machines and require Indonesian human resources to excel to answer various challenges in the future.
Mahir Bayasut, who is also one of the persons in charge of Kedaireka Kemdikbudristek, said that innovation is not only central in Java, but must be spread throughout Indonesia.
"We are willing to collaborate and facilitate IGI with other parties so that we can create a program whose real and benefits can be felt by the student itself," said Mahir.
