Annoyed Of Not Given Money, A Child In Cilacap Teguh Aniaya His Father Uses Sabit To Die
CILACAP A child in Gandrungmangu District, Cilacap Regency was reported to have abused his biological father to death. The perpetrator abused the 66-year-old man using a sickle until he lay helpless on the floor of the house.
According to the perpetrator's statement, he took the action because he was annoyed that his father was considered stingy, did not give money at harvest.
Cilacap Police Public Relations Iptu Gatot explained that the abuse case occurred at the victim's house on Tuesday, September 13, at around 16.00 WIB.
"Based on the testimony of witness RF (the victim's neighbor), at around 16.00, he was in the house and heard screams for help from inside the victim's house. Then when the witness approached the house and entered, he saw the victim lying on the floor and swearing in blood while asking for help. Meanwhile, the perpetrator was on top of the victim's body holding a sickle. Then RF called TA (the head of RT) and other residents to help the victim. Sabit was successfully fought by witness 2 (RT chairman) and then the perpetrator was arrested." explained Iptu Gatot via text message, Wednesday, September 14.
Residents took the victim to the nearest clinic. However, due to limited medical equipment, the victim was taken to the Agisna Sidareja Hospital. However, when he arrived at the victim's hospital, he was already dead.
"After the incident, the police chief, the Criminal Investigation Unit, and the Cilacap Police Inafis Team came to the TKP to arrest the perpetrators and record witnesses, take documentation, collect evidence, and physically examine the victim at the Gandrungmangu Health Center," added Gatot.
After being examined by the Cilacap Police Inafis Team, the victim died of injuries to the left temple, torn wounds to the left back, torn wounds to the right hand, and torn wounds to the left leg.
For his actions, the perpetrator is subject to Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years.
