All parties, both from the scope of the prosecutor's office and regional officials, have provided clarification.The results of the supervisory team's work have now reached the Attorney General's Office (AGO) in Jakarta. Although Sungarpin was reluctant to reveal the results, he ensured that the NTB Prosecutor's Office was now just waiting for directions from the AGO.Furthermore, Sungarpin assured that the prosecutor's office was not careless in handling a case. How could he (Jaksa) dare to put his neck into a legal snare," he said.In the alleged corruption case of BLUD funds for the 2017-2020 period, doctor Muzakir was named a suspect along with the official making the commitment (PPK) of the Praya Hospital for the 2016-2022 period, with the initials AS, and Treasurer of the Praya Hospital for the 2017-2022 period, with the initials BPA.Based on the results of the investigation, there was a state loss from the calculation of the Central Lombok Inspectorate with a minimum value of Rp. 1.88 billion.The loss arose in the management of the BLUD funds at the Praya Hospital which did not comply with applicable regulations.One of the work items is related to the procurement of dry food and wet food. The loss value for the work reached at least Rp. 890 million.Sebagai tersangka, ketiga pejabat RSUD Praya tersebut dikenakan Pasal 2 dan atau Pasal 3 juncto Pasal 18 juncto Pasal 12 huruf e Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20/2001 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31/1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Juncto Pasal 54 ayat 1 Ke-1 KUHP.
