10 Village Heads Give Moril Support To Ade Yasin During The BPK Auditor Bribe Session At The Bandung Corruption Court
BOGOR - Village heads from Bogor Regency, West Java, were present at the Bandung Corruption Court today to provide support to the inactive Regent Ade Yasin in the trial of the alleged bribery of the BPK auditor.More than 10 village heads who are members of the Village Government Association (Apdesi) provide moral support because they believe Ade Yasin is innocent in the case of managing the Bogor Regency Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD)."To the panel of judges, do not hesitate to release our regent. We have 41 witnesses and 10 trials, nothing is burdensome and leads the regent to be involved in the case," said Apdesi Chairman Leuwisappeng District who is also the Head of Sibanteng Village, Didin ahead of the trial quoted from Antara, Monday, September 5.He hopes that the panel of judges chaired by Hera Kartiningsih will give Ade Yasin a fair decision. Because he considered Ade Yasin to have contributed to making village heads orderly in managing the village government budget."Hopefully the panel of judges will open their doors and see clearly that this case has nothing to do with Ade Yasin. Obviously, in this case Ade Yasin has been wronged, so don't oppress our regent," said Didin.Meanwhile, the Head of Cibitungwetan Village, Pamijaan District, Urip Iskandar in the same place admitted that he came to the Bandung District Court to provide support, because he considered Ade Yasin a good figure."We hope that the panel of judges will open their doors, seeing everything that has happened so far in court. Where there is no involvement of the regent in this BPK bribery. We give support to the regent for the sake of freedom from this case," said Urip. The trial, chaired by the chief judge Hera Kartinsih, presented Ade Yasin, Head of Sub-Department of BPKAD Ihsan Ayatullah, Secretary of the PUPR Service Adam Maulana, and PPK of the PUPR Service Rizki Tufik Hidayat. The four of them attended face-to-face to be examined as defendants as well as witnesses. At the previous trial, Inspector IV Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Arsan Latif, stated that the alleged bribery of the BPK auditor carried out by Bogor Regency Government officials was not Ade Yasin's responsibility when he was active as Bogor Regent.Arsan explained that the transfer of authority had been regulated in Regulation (PP) number 12 of 2019 concerning the delegation of regional financial management authority."Who implemented the budget?. The head of the OPD (regional apparatus organization), it is clear that that that is the rule. Who carries out the accountability? The head of the OPD. So where does it have to do with regional heads," said Arsan.According to him, regional heads cannot be forced to take responsibility because the function of the power of budget users is in regional devices that are also users of goods.
