Anies Appointed The Secretary General Of The Ministry Of Home Affairs Commissioner Of PT Jakpro, Deputy Governor Of DKI: Maintain Relations With Central Governments
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Suhajar Diantoro as Commissioner of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro).Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria explained that the reason for the appointment of Suhajar as a commissioner of the DKI BUMD was a form of supervision from the central government as well as maintaining relations between the regions and the center.Moreover, in Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servant Discipline (PNS), there is no prohibition for civil servants to become members of the board of directors and commissioners of the company."That's just a policy. Because we maintain our relations with the presidential government, there needs to be supervision from the central government, for example, represented by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs," Riza told reporters, Friday, September 2.It is known, the appointment of Suhajar as Commissioner of PT Jakpro was based on the results of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) of PT Jakpro on Monday, August 29. Beating replaces the position of the previous commissioner who died.The EGMS also appointed Iwan Takwin as Director of Business Engineering and Development of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro). Iwan is the former Director of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) Project.Currently, Iwan fills the position previously held by Mohammad Aprindy. Aprindy has now been appointed as President Director of PT MRT Jakarta replacing William Sabandar.Thus, the composition of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of Jakpro is as follows:- President Director: Widi Amanasto- Business Director: Gunung Kartiko- Business Support Director: Muhammad Taufiqurrachman- Director of Finance & IT: Leonardus W.
