It Is Suspected That Deolipa Yumara Has Defamed Deolipa Yumara To The South Jakarta Metro Police

JAKARTA - The police are investigating a report filed by lawyer Deolipa Yumara regarding the alleged defamation of presenter Feni Rose. This was also confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi.

It is known, the report is registered with the case number LP/B/2061/VIII/2022/SPKT/Polres Metro South Jakarta/Polda Metro Jaya.

"Yes, that's right (there were reports of defamation," said Nurma when confirmed," Wednesday, August 31.

Nurma explained that Deolipa reported Feni Rose, because he was accused of defaming his good name at a television station. The suspicion made is Article 335 of the Criminal Code.

"He doesn't like it. It's mentioned. It's according to the live tv. (It's accused of defamation. Article 335 (KUHP) he said.

Now his party has studied the report. He also said he would summon both parties for questioning.
