There Is An Issue Of Buying And Selling Positions For The ASN Of The DKI Provincial Government, Commission A Proposal For The Special Committee For Personnel To The Leaders Of The Front Week Council

JAKARTA - Chairman of Commission A of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Mujiyono, said that he would propose the formation of a special personnel committee (pansus) to the leadership of the DKI DPRD. This special committee was proposed to investigate the issue of buying and selling the positions of ASN DKI Provincial Government.

Rumors of the sale and purchase of positions were revealed by a member of Commission A of the DKI DPRD who is also the chairman of the PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Gembong Warsono in a Commission A working meeting some time ago.

"During the meeting at that time, Commission A issued a recommendation to form a civil service committee. After this, next week it will be submitted to the leadership. The process is up to about two weeks away, approximately," said Mujiyono when contacted by VOI, Sunday, August 28.

As regulated in PP Number 12 of 2018, the special committee was formed in a plenary meeting at the suggestion of DPRD members. Members of the Special Committee are made up of at most 25 people, consisting of members of the relevant commissions proposed by each faction.

Mujiyono said the special committee would be officially formed after a plenary meeting was held by the DKI Jakarta DPRD. The schedule for this plenary meeting will be determined by the Deliberative Body (Bamus) of the DKI Jakarta DPRD.

"(The formation of the special committee) depends on the leadership. After the submission, the leadership held a rapid meeting (a joint leadership meeting). Then, each faction proposed its members. After that, the plenary meeting for the formation of the special committee was scheduled, then the special committee worked until it issued a recommendation," explained Mujiyono.

Previously, the chairman of the PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Gembong Warsono, revealed that there was a practice of buying and selling ASN positions within the DKI Provincial Government during the leadership of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.

"At the end of the governor's term of office, I heard many of our ASN problems in buying and selling placements. How many individuals have I found," said Gembong.

Gembong said that the positions traded were in various positions, ranging from the lurah, the section heads of regional work units (SKPD), to the sub-district head.

He gave an example, the position of shifting positions from a sub-sectoral head to a sexy head in the same echelon price is priced at Rp. 60 million. Then, the position of the village head costs up to Rp. 100 million. Meanwhile, the sub-district head's position is valued at Rp. 200 million to Rp. 250 million.

Therefore, this member of Commission A of the DKI DPRD urged the Kebon Sirih parliament to form a special committee (pansus) for staffing. He hopes that the leadership of Commission A to the leadership of the DPRD will approve the formation of a special committee to dismantle the practice of buying and selling positions.

"My proposal was formed by a special committee. If the special committee has been formed, all will be revealed (selling and buying the positions of ASN DKI Provincial Government)," he concluded.
