Not Only Premeditated Murder, Brigadier J's Family Polices Ferdy Sambo-Putri Chandrawathi About False Reports
JAKARTA - The former Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, and his wife, Putri Chandrawathi, will be reported to the Criminal Investigation Department by Brigadier J's family.
"Today's agenda is to make a police report related to making a false report," said Brigadier J's family lawyer, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak to reporters, Friday, August 26.
The context of the false report made by Putri and Ferdy Sambo is a case of alleged sexual harassment.
At that time, the husband and wife reported Brigadier J for alleged sexual harassment to the South Jakarta Metro Police. The locus delicti (location of the case) was at Ferdy Sambo's halfway house in the Police complex, Duren Tiga.
"This relates to Article 317 318 of the Criminal Code Juncto Article 55 56 of the Criminal Code. Where Mr. FS made a report at the South Jakarta Police regarding threats of murder or muggings," he said.
Kamaruddin believed that the investigators would accept the report. This is because the special team (timsus) of the National Police has stated that the alleged crime of harassment has never occurred.
"Both reports have been issued SP 3 by the Dirtipidum of the National Police, but they keep repeating that they are victims of sexual harassment," said Kamaruddin.
Originally, the National Police had stopped the investigation of the alleged sexual harassment case reported by Putri Chandrawathi.
The Director of General Crimes at the Bareskrim Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi said that based on the results of the case, the case was considered a 'obfuscation' of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.
"We consider these two prisons to be one part of the obstruction of justice," he said.
The report made by Putri Chandrawathi is only an alibi. The goal, to cover the death of Brigadier J because he was killed. "This is part of an effort to prevent the disclosure of case 340 (premeditated murder, ed)," said Andi.
