Acer Indonesia Is Committed To Fully Support The Program For The Use Of Domestic Products
JAKARTA - Acer as the world's leading ICT company and a major player in the Indonesian PC industry supports the government's program for the use of Domestic Products (PDN) by presenting quality products that meet the requirements of Domestic Component Level (TKDN) and Corporate Benefit Weight (BMP) ) more than 40 percent.
Acer's domestic products that meet TKDN standards include Notebooks, Chromebooks, All in One (AIO) PCs, Desktop PCs, and Mini PCs. By supporting the National TKDN program, Acer participates in building the nation through the use of resources in Indonesia and encouraging overall industrial and economic progress.

Acer contributed to the consolidation of the procurement of LKPP (Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute) as a provider of domestic products that meet TKDN standards. This support is by presenting the Acer Chromebook C733 for teaching and learning activities and educational media at various levels as Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) equipment and the Acer Travelmate P214 for office administration needs.
Acer and LKPP have signed a Consolidated Umbrella Contract for Procurement of Domestic Laptops Nationally for Fiscal Year 2022 worth Rp6.33 trillion in the technology equipment supply program.
To ensure customer satisfaction, Acer provides after-sales service centers spread from Sabang to Merauke, in 105 locations, 87 cities and 35 provinces in Indonesia. Acer's services have been recognized by winning the Indonesia Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award (ICSAA) for more than 11 consecutive years, including 2022.
