Defendant Of Bribery West Java BPK Auditor Admits Not Ordered By Bogor Regent Ade Yasin
BANDUNG - The defendant for bribing the West Java Representative Audit Board (BPK) auditor, Ihsan Ayatullah, admitted that he was not ordered by the inactive Bogor Regent Ade Yasin during his dealings with the BPK.
"Your Excellency, I have repeatedly emphasized that I have never received an order (from Ade Yasin) about managing this BPK," Ihsan said during a hearing on the alleged bribery of the BPK auditor with the agenda of examining witnesses at the Corruption Court in Bandung, West Java, reported by ANTARA, Monday. , August 22.
Ihsan, who is the Head of the Regional Treasury for the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Bogor Regency also asked a number of questions to witness Dede Sopian (owner of CV Dede Print) who was presented by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) prosecutor.
"Have you ever seen me being given direct orders by Ade Yasin regarding this BPK?" asked Ihsan who was present online at the trial led by Judge Hera Kartiningsih.
"Never," replied Dede.
Then Ihsan again asked Dede Sopian about his relationship with the former Bogor Regent Rachmat Yasin (RY).
"Brother Dede, have you seen or heard that I was given direct orders by Mr. RY regarding this BPK?"
"Never," said Dede.
The KPK prosecutors presented a number of businessmen working on projects in the Bogor Regency Government as witnesses in the trial of the alleged bribery of the BPK auditor.
The businessmen who attended were Sintha Dec Checawati (Chairman of the Bogor Regency Kadin), Joharudin Syah (Director of CV Raihan Putra), Lai Bui Min Alias Anen (entrepreneur), Sabrin Amirudin (Director of PT Sabrina Jaya Abadi), Dede Sopian (Owner of CV Dede Print). ), and Sunaryo (President Director of PT Kemang Bangun Persada).
In addition to businessmen, the KPK prosecutor also presented two contract employees within the Bogor Regency Government at the trial, namely Diva Medal Munggaran (an employee of the PUPR Service) and Anisa Rizki (a regent's aide) who attended online.
The agenda for the trial for examining witnesses, which has been held four times, has presented 27 witnesses, ranging from Bogor Regency Government employees to West Java Representative BPK employees.
The witnesses were examined for four defendants, namely the inactive Bogor Regent Ade Yasin, Head of Subid Kasda BPKAD Ihsan Ayatullah, Secretary of the PUPR Service Adam Maulana, and PPK of the PUPR Service Rizki Tufik Hidayat.
