The Police 'Detain' The Deputy Director General Of The Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian At The Brimob Command Headquarters In The Case Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The National Police said that the Deputy Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian was placed in a special place (patsus) for Mako Brimob. The placement was the result of unprofessional handling of the murder case of Brigadier J.

"Yes, that's right, Wadir (placed in the Special Forces, ed)," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo when confirmed, Monday, August 22.

However, it is not explained since when AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian has been locked up in a special place. It has also not been explained about his role which is considered unprofessional in handling the case of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

Inspector General Dedi only emphasized that the Deputy Director General of the Polda Metro Jaya has been detained at the Police Mobile Brigade Headquarters for a long time.

"It's been a long time," said Dedi.

Inspector General Dedi previously mentioned that the Director of General Criminal Investigation (Direskrimum) of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi had been investigated by the Special Inspectorate (Irsus).

Kombes Hengki Haryadi is still under investigation, so he has not been sent to a special place.

"Info from Itsus has not provided information to Itsus," said Dedi.

Regarding the handling of Brigadier J's case, the National Police has examined 83 police personnel. There are 35 members who are recommended to be placed in a special place.

Meanwhile, five of them are strongly suspected of violating the criminal code in handling the case of Brigadier J.

They are the former Karopaminal of the National Police Propam Division Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, the former Kaden A of the Police's Propam Division, Kombes Agus Nurpatria, and the Deputy Chief of the Police's Propam Division B Bureaupaminal, AKBP Arif Rahman Arifin.

Then the former PS Head of Sub-section of Baggatika Roabprof of the Propam Division, Kompol Kompol Baiquni Wibowo, and former PS Head of Sub-section of Audit Baggatika, Roabprof of the Propam Division, Kompol Kompol Chuk Putranto.
