Automotive Component Company Owned By Conglomerate TP Rachmat Reaches Sales Of Rp. 1.59 Trillion And Profit Of Rp. 143.62 Billion In Semester I 2022
JAKARTA - The company owned by conglomerate TP Rachmat, PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk (DRMA) posted net sales of Rp. 1.59 trillion in the first semester of 2022. This achievement rose 21.37 percent compared to the same period last year which amounted to Rp. 1.31 trillion.
In the DRMA financial report, quoted on Tuesday, August 9, it was stated that this automotive component company also recorded a net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp143.62 billion in the first half of 2022. This achievement was 45.1 percent higher than the first half of last year with achieved Rp98.98 billion.
Meanwhile, DRMA booked cost of goods sold in the first half of this year of Rp1.37 trillion, an increase from the first semester of 2021 which amounted to Rp1.11 trillion. As a result, in the first semester of 2022, DRMA achieved a gross profit of IDR 216.36 billion, higher than the same period last year with IDR 200.49 billion.
Furthermore, DRMA's sales and marketing expenses in the first semester of 2022 amounted to Rp. 20.75 billion, general and administrative expenses of Rp. 90.85 billion, other operating income of Rp. 98.25 billion, and operating and other expenses of Rp. 1.84 billion.
Thus, the company's operating profit in the first six months of 2022 was IDR 201.17 billion, up from the same period the previous year which amounted to IDR 155.19 billion.
Meanwhile, in terms of assets as of June 30, 2022, the amount recorded by the company was IDR 2.34 trillion, a decrease compared to December 31, 2021 which was IDR 2.54 trillion.
Meanwhile, DRMA liabilities as of June 30, 2022 amounted to Rp. 1.19 trillion, which also decreased compared to the data as of December 31, 2021, which amounted to Rp. 1.45 trillion.
