EVO 2022 Will Reveal A Series Of New Projects From Various Major Studios, From Bandai Namco, Capcom, To Warner Bros
JAKARTA - The Evolution Champions Series (EVO) 2022 has been confirmed to take place from August 5-7 while celebrating its 20th anniversary. As stated in the announcement, EVO is one of the most exciting Fighting Games Community (FGC) tournaments in the world.
It's not just FGC competitions, PlayStation will be celebrating the return of Evo with PlayStation Tournaments: Evo Lounge, dedicated to covering all exciting competition events and content.

Sony says the Evo Lounge will feature curated event coverage, bracket updates, player interviews, and disclosures from developers or publishers, such as Arc System Works, Warner Bros. Games, Capcom, SNK, and Bandai Namco Entertainment.
Viewers will be presented with the latest series of announcements related to their favorite games, as well as snippets of what projects are coming in the future from the game developers.

As for some of the things that are expected to be revealed in the Evo lounge this year, the Season Pass 2 update Guilty Gear Strive from Arc System Works.
Launching from Gamingbolt, Capcom may reveal more gameplay for Street Fighter 6. While Bandai Namco is the wild card in this event.
