Three Youths In Cilandak, South Jakarta, Suddenly Hacked Into Gangsters: 1 Person Died, Motorbike Beat Disappeared

JAKARTA - A video shows three youths on Jalan H. Nawi Raya, South Gandaria, Cilandak, South Jakarta who were stabbed by a group of armed men suspected of being gangsters.

Cilandak Police Chief Kompol Multazam confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Saturday, July 30, in the early hours of the morning.

In that incident, one person died and two were injured. Not only that, one of the victims suffered material losses in the form of losing one of his motorcycles.

"One victim's initials BS died. One AN person suffered a small cut on his finger and a Honda Beat and L motorcycle suffered a head injury," Multazam said when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, July 31.

Currently, investigators from the Cilandak Police and the South Jakarta Metro Police are investigating the case.

"The motive is still inside, the Polsek and Polres are still hunting for the perpetrators and their groups," he said.

On his occasion, Multazam reminded the public not to congregate or gather. This is done to prevent unwanted events from occurring.

"(People-ed) don't hang out or convoys are not clear in the Cilandak area, let alone carry weapons for any reason according to the Emergency Law No. 1 of 51, we are processing the Quarantine Law and the Criminal Code," he concluded.
