Alhamdulillah, The Ministry Of Religion Of Tangerang Regency Gives Good News About Hajj Pilgrims
JAKARTA - A number of pilgrims from Tangerang Regency, Banten, have arrived in Indonesia. They were declared in good health and no one needed treatment.
This was confirmed by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) of Tangerang Regency. However, the monitoring process will continue to be carried out in accordance with government regulations, especially in preventing the transmission of COVID-19.
"It is confirmed that all pilgrims from the Tangerang Regency are in good health," said the Head of the Hajj and Umrah Implementation Section of the Tangerang Ministry of Religion, Iwan Kurniawan.
"So later, if the pilgrims come to the country, they will immediately be examined again by officers to take samples of the COVID-19 test," he continued, as reported by Antara.
Iwam revealed, as many as 389 pilgrims who had been in their hometowns were members of the 05-JKG group. Meanwhile, the 385 people of the 18-JKG group of pilgrims will be scheduled to return to the country on Monday, July 25.
"A total of 385 people, but one congregation died. So 384 people will arrive," he said.
Meanwhile, Spokesperson for the Tangerang Regency COVID-19 Task Force, Dr Hendra Tarmizi added, so far his party will continue to monitor the pilgrims who have arrived to the area for the next 14 days.
His party also ensured that none of the pilgrims who had returned to their homeland from Tangerang Regency experienced symptoms or were infected with the corona virus.
"We are still monitoring the pilgrims who have returned to Tangerang Regency. And so far, thank God, all negative results (there are no positive COVID-19 pilgrims)," he said.
