VIDEO: Cayenne Pepper And Shallots, Kitchen Occupants Contribute To June 2022 Inflation

JAKARTA - The Head of the Central Statistics Agency announced that the inflation rate in June 2022 was 0.61 percent. A number of factors contributed to the value of inflation, one of the largest coming from commodities of red chili, cayenne pepper and shallot. This, according to the Head of BPS, is due to weather factors that cause a high potential for crop failure. Watch the video below.
