JIS Operational Budget Of IDR 50 Billion Per Year, Deputy Governor Of DKI: Maintenance Is Not Cheap
JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria admitted that the cost of maintaining the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) is not expensive enough. That's why JIS' operational budget for a year reaches Rp. 60 billion.
"Indeed, JIS maintenance costs are not cheap," said Riza at the DKI Jakarta City Hall, Wednesday, June 29.
Riza said that the BUMD PT Jakpro as the manager of JIS had carefully calculated the projected income and income. Including, looking for other sources of financing when JIS operates.
This former member of the DPR RI claims that, in principle, this company owned by the DKI Provincial Government manages buildings sourced from the regional budget in a professional and accountable manner.
"We are in Jakarta, all budget management is very transparent and responsible and that's why we got WTP 5 times in a row. Please, friends, even check the audit supervision, it doesn't matter, because everything is done transparently and openly," explained Riza.
Previously, the President Director of PT Jakpro Widi Amanasto admitted that his party needed a fee of between Rp. 50 billion to Rp. 60 billion for operational maintenance costs, security, mechanical, electrical, and building insurance.
"Per year around 50 to 60 (billion rupiah). These are costs such as operational maintenance, house keeping, security, mechanical, electrical. So, for example, there are lights that must be replaced, including utilities. Building insurance also goes into that, routine operations and maintenance," said Widi.
Not only operational, Widi also admitted that JIS requires depreciation costs or accumulated costs allocated for fixed assets that will shrink over a period. Jakpro calculates JIS depreciation of IDR 150 billion per year.
"For JIS whose value is Rp. 4.5 trillion divided by 30 years, we will be exposed to (depreciation) of Rp. 150 billion per year. This depreciation is recorded or recorded only," said Widi.
In addition, Jakpro also has to gain more income in addition to covering operational costs and depreciation, the nominal estimate is around Rp. 30 billion per year. Thus, JIS' revenue which is Jakpro's target is IDR 220 billion per year.
