Call Holywings Bandung Manager, City Government Ask For Permits And Free Alcohol Promo For Muhammad And Maria
BANDUNG - The Bandung City Government summoned the manager of Holywings in Bandung regarding the case of promotion of free liquor for owners of the names Muhammad and Maria at the cafe.
The Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, said that previously the police had also confiscated two types of alcohol suspected of being illegal at Holywings. The police will confirm the license to sell alcohol.
"By the city government and by the officers, we will make a summons today," he said in Bandung, West Java, confiscated by Antara, Tuesday, June 28.
Holywings has two outlets located in Bandung, namely in the 23 Paskal Shopping Center shopping center complex and on Jalan Karangsari.
In addition to asking about the license to sell alcohol, he will also confirm regarding the promotion of the sale of illegal alcohol which is suspected of offending ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group (SARA).
According to him, they have not taken any further action as has been done by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The licenses for 12 Holywings outlets in Jakarta have now been revoked because of the SARA allegations.
Because licensing and elements of SARA, according to him, are different things because SARA has the potential to enter the realm of crime, while licensing is not necessarily a crime.
"Depending on today's evaluation, it's only today (summoned), because earlier the permit and SARA had to be distinguished," he said.
