Yenny Wahid Insinuated That He Usually Takes People's Parties, Cak Imin: No Need To Discuss
JAKARTA - Chairman of the National Awakening Party (PKB) Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin did not want to comment much on the insinuation of the son of the 4th President Abdurrahman Wahid or Gus Dur. He emphasized that the satire was just a matter of the past.
"It's the past, don't talk about it," said Cak Imin in Jakarta, Saturday, June 25.
According to him, it is more important to discuss the future than to discuss the past. "The important thing is that the future will be better," said the Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives.
Previously, Yenny Wahid asked Cak Imin not to get carried away or get carried away in response to criticism.
Yenny criticizes politicians whose electability has plummeted, they should not insist on running for the 2024 Presidential Election. Cak Imin immediately responded via Twitter that Yenny is considered not a cadre and does not need to interfere in PKB affairs.
"Yeni (Yenny) is not PKB, just making her own party fail to qualify, several elections attacking PKB didn't affect her, PKB kept increasing her vote, so why not get involved in organizing PKB, just live your failed party," said Cak Imin via his Twitter account, @cakimiNOW, Thursday, June 23.
To this criticism, Yenny also reacted asking Cak Imin not to be angry at responding to criticism.
"Hahaha, that's great, Cak. But don't (don't) get excited, Cak," Yenny said on her Twitter account, @yennywahid, Thursday, June 23.
Yenny also reiterated that she was not a PKB cadre during the Cak Imin era, but a cadre of the party bearing the star and earth symbol during Gus Dur's leadership.
"And it's true, I'm not PKB Cak Imin. I'm PKB Gus Dur," he said.
Yenny also replied to Cak Imin's satire. Yenny, who is considered unable to build the party she educated in 2012, the New Indonesian National Sovereignty Party (PKBIB), said that Cak Imin did not have the same abilities as himself, he could only take other people's parties.
"Cak Imin also doesn't necessarily know that you can make your own party... you usually take someone else's party," said Yenny.
