Harum Energy, Mining Company Owned By Conglomerate Kiki Barki Brings Good News, Wants To Divide Rp200 Billion Dividend

JAKARTA - PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM) will distribute cash dividends for the 2021 financial year to shareholders. This decision was taken at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) which was held in Jakarta, Monday, June 6 yesterday.

The coal mining company owned by conglomerate Kiki Barki will distribute dividends of IDR 200 billion from 2021 profits.

"So taking into account the number of shares outstanding after the stock split, the dividend amount is equivalent to Rp. 15.02 per share," said President Director of Harum Energy, Ray Antonio Gunara.

For information, in 2021 HRUM posted a profit increase of 25.6 percent. The company recorded a net profit of 74.13 million US dollars (around Rp. 1.06 trillion) last year. For comparison, HRUM's net profit in 2020 was US$59 million.

The increase in HRUM's net profit coincided with the increase in revenue. HRUM posted revenues of 36.2 million (approximately Rp4.08 trillion) throughout 2021. This realization shot up 113 percent from revenue in the previous year which was only US$157.8 million.
